LWW advised CGH Polska on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Wefco (Gainsborough) Ltd from private individuals

We are pleased to announce that we advised CGH Polska Sp. z o. o., a portfolio company of the American fund H.I.G. Capital, on the Polish aspects of the acquisition of shares in Wefco (Gainsborough) Limited, a manufacturer of pressure vessels, drums and columns made of carbon and stainless steel.

The buyers were also advised by Squire Patton Boggs (UK law), Arendt & Medernach (Luxembourg law), EY Polska (tax issues) and DWF Poland (banking issues).
