We represent companies in the services industry in negotiations and court proceedings in order to protect their interests in connection with alleged abuses of competition protection law or the commission of acts of unfair competition to the company’s detriment. The court proceedings we have participated in within this scope have included the issues of the invalidity of legal acts due to an abuse of a dominant position, the obligation to contract by a dominant entity, and private law liability for harm caused through a violation of Polish and EU provisions on competition and consumer protection. As part of our activities, we obtained temporary legal protection for one of our clients, under which the other side in the dispute was ordered to perform an agreement it had withdrawn from up to the time of the legally binding conclusion of the proceedings. The value of the dispute was in the tens of millions of zlotys.
