We advise an international concern from the chemical industry in disputes over the misleading and unlawful marking of products on the fertiliser market. In our activities, directed against several competitors, we have documented controlled purchases, and recommended that certified samples be obtained and expert opinions issued by renowned R&D centres. The results of our efforts have included obtaining a decision on security ordering our opponent to change how it marked its products (packaging, website, brochures, etc.) during the proceedings, and to cease using certificates which, in our client’s opinion, were obtained by misleading the institutions that issued them.
