On 2-3 April, Compliance Days 2019 took place, an event organised by the Compliance Institute. More than 50 speakers discussed the hottest issues concerning compliance, including the consequences for companies of the planned new act on the liability of collective entities. Among the speakers was Wiktor Wesołowski, who took part in a panel discussion entitled “Anti-corruption Programmes are Not Passé. Challenges, Methods and Solutions”.
