In Gazeta Prawna, there is an article on seeking compensation for delayed airline flights. Let us recall that on 1 April the rules for pursuing claims within this scope changed, and now the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) can only conduct conciliation proceedings. Additionally, recently the CAA has been grappling with staffing problems, and the time needed to consider such cases has increased considerably. Krzysztof Łyszyk comments on the issue.
