We invite you to take a look at the latest edition of RZECZoPRAWIE, in which editor Anna Wojda speaks with Krzysztof Łyszyk on an amendment providing for, inter alia, the mandatory cessation of shares in document form and a change in the rules for transferring shares. The amendment, which is currently being brought before Parliament, will be extremely important for the more than 10,000 joint-stock companies and limited joint-stock partnerships operating in Poland and their shareholders.
