- advise on civil, economic, criminal economic and administrative disputes
- provide comprehensive claim management, supporting clients at every stage of a dispute, from the submission of a claim through negotiations and settlement proceedings to litigation and
- enforcement proceedings, as well as other post-judgment proceedings
- represent clients before the common courts, arbitration courts, provincial administrative courts, law enforcement authorities, the National Board of Appeal, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Supreme Court
- are experienced in resolving complex court and out-of-court disputes, and lead on court proceedings in many jurisdictions that demand cooperation with attorneys responsible for conducting cases in specific foreign legal regimes.
- evaluate how proceedings may turn out and the likelihood of a favourable judgment being handed down

- represent clients before the Court of Justice of the European Union and other international institutions
- represent clients before arbitration courts and the National Board of Appeal.
