Krzysztof’s recent experience includes:

• advising on numerous M&A transactions related to the consolidation of the fitness club industry in Poland, including on the acquisition by Poland’s largest fitness chain of an organised part of another fitness operator; this was in connection with the sale of a controlling interest in Poland’s largest fitness chain to a WSE-listed sports card operator due to the division of the fitness club operator and the sale of its separated assets to selected shareholders
• advising on the restructuring and consolidation of a leading producer of fuel storage tanks and installations that was carried out across several jurisdictions; the case involved moving a holding company from Great Britain to Poland; mergers, liquidations and takeovers of companies; obtaining financing both from private investors and as part of external, structured bank financing; and advising on the conclusion of a series of investment agreements
• advising a number of entities on projects connected with the financing of their activities, including based on structured bank financing and capital financing
• advising the operator of Poland’s largest airport on a series of projects related to the construction and management by private partners of airport and surrounding facilities and infrastructure (fuel infrastructure, car parks, hotels, IT systems)
• advising the operator of Poland’s largest airport on projects for allocating the management and rental of the commercial and gastronomic areas at Chopin Airport in Warsaw
• advising on a multimillion-zloty dispute over the termination of a number of lease agreements for duty-free & travel retail premises at Chopin Airport in Warsaw, including in proceedings before the common courts and administrative courts and on issues connected with investment arbitration
• advising on a serious of disputes between shareholders of capital companies and on the grounds of joint venture agreements.
